Located at the corner of U.S. Highway 290 and RR 1623, this food truck offers notably flavorful food. Look for it in the parking lot of Los Cazadores, the inspired hunting/outfitting store. A satellite operation of the physical restaurant in Fredericksburg (and other cities as well), the "Jalisco" staff is friendly and the food is very good.
