This restaurant has relocated a few times in the past few years so, if you have not been there lately you may not have been to its current location. It is now found—and seems to have found a durable home—at the corner of U.S. Highway 290 and Ranch Road 1623.

At present (April 2022) Hye Thai is a food truck with picnic tables. In a few months the owners plan to open a physical indoor restaurant they are finishing out at the current food truck location.

In our experience, Hye Thai has always served great food and we are pleased it is now so nearby. The Banh Mi salad is our favorite. Call ahead to assure it is open.
