Located in the heart of the Texas 290 Wine Road region, the Hye Market Bistro and Deli lies inside the historic (and still active) Hye Post Office building. Visitors may be surprised by the amount of vitality found on this tiny spot on the map. The casual atmosphere and decor is typical Hill Country.
