Surprisingly Sophisticated Cider
The Hye Cider Company produces surprisingly sophisticated and satisfying hard cider that belies the fashionably gritty appearance of its side-of-the-highway Cider Barn. Karen and I are both dry white wine drinkers and we both love the dry cider here. Expect to find a range of cider styles to be on offer, some quite straightforward and others more adventuresome. The on-premises food truck is a favorite of ours too. Even if you do not stay and sip, or stay and eat, a bottle of this cider makes an enjoyable souvenir or a thoughtful gift.
Located about a 15 minute drive from Ridgeview Guest House. The cider barn is hard to spot from the highway, so navigate carefully.
